Returns and Exchanges

If something's wrong
Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, or isn't what we described, you're entitled to a replacement or a refund. Email hello@trutonebeauty.com.au with your name, order number and a photo and we'll sort it.

Lost in transit
If your order hasn't arrived or Australia Post shows it as lost, email us and we'll lodge a missing item enquiry and look after you.

Change of mind
For hygiene reasons, we don't offer refunds or exchanges if you've simply changed your mind. This doesn't affect your rights above.
